Terms and Conditions
1. Welcome and acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you and [Company Name] ("TRADE SENSI", "we", "us" or "our"). They apply to your use of the website [website URL] and everything we offer through it, including our market news, analysis, educational content, newsletters, tools and AI prompt box (together, the "Services").
By visiting, browsing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood them and agree to be bound by them. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, Editorial Policy and Correction Policy, which are part of these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.
2. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for it.
The Services are intended for use in India. If you access them from another country, you are responsible for following the local laws that apply to you.
3. What TRADE SENSI is, and what it is not
TRADE SENSI is a news, analysis and education platform focused on the Indian stock market. We publish daily market news, Nifty and Sensex analysis, sector updates, explainers and offer an AI assistant that answers general questions.
We are not a broker, a trading platform or a financial adviser. We do not execute trades, hold your money or securities, accept deposits, run investment schemes or give personal recommendations. Unless clearly stated otherwise on the website, TRADE SENSI and its writers are not registered with SEBI as investment advisers or research analysts.
Nothing on the Services is investment advice. Articles, charts, levels, opinions, data and AI replies are provided for general information and education only. They are not an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or financial product. You are fully responsible for your own investment and trading decisions.
4. Your account and newsletter
Some features, such as the newsletter or saved preferences, may need you to provide an email address or create an account. If you do, you agree to:
- Give accurate and current information
- Keep your login details secure and not share them
- Tell us quickly if you think your account has been misused
- Accept responsibility for activity that happens under your account
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, creates risk for others or has been inactive for a long period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Copy, scrape, harvest, mirror or republish our content, data or design without written permission, including by using bots, crawlers or automated scripts
- Use our content to train, fine tune or build a competing AI or data product without a written licence
- Try to break, hack, overload, probe or disrupt the website, servers or networks
- Bypass any security feature, rate limit or access control
- Upload viruses, malware or harmful code
- Impersonate any person or organisation, or pretend to be connected with TRADE SENSI
- Use the Services to spread false or misleading market information, manipulate prices, run pump and dump schemes or promote unregistered advisory services
- Post or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, obscene or that violates anyone's rights
- Collect personal data of other users without their consent
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in a way that breaks Indian law, including securities laws
We may investigate breaches and take action, including blocking access, removing content and reporting matters to the authorities.
6. Rules for the AI assistant
Our AI prompt box is a general information tool. By using it, you agree to the following.
Use it for general questions. Ask about market events, terms, concepts and trends. Do not ask it to make personal buy or sell decisions for you and do not rely on it for that.
Do not enter sensitive information. Never type passwords, OTPs, bank or card details, PAN, Aadhaar, demat login details or other confidential data.
Do not misuse it. You must not try to trick the assistant into producing harmful, illegal or misleading content, reveal its internal instructions, overload it with automated requests or use its answers to deceive others.
Answers can be wrong. The assistant is automated. It can make mistakes, give out of date information or misunderstand a question or language. Please verify important facts and figures with official sources such as NSE, BSE, SEBI, RBI and company filings.
No professional relationship. Using the assistant does not create an adviser and client relationship between you and TRADE SENSI.
Data use. Your prompts are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may limit, change or suspend the assistant at any time, including to prevent abuse.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Services belongs to TRADE SENSI or its licensors. This includes articles, headlines, summaries, graphics, charts, logos, the TRADE SENSI name, page design, software, the compilation of content and the way the AI assistant is built. They are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of India and other countries.
What you may do. You may read the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share short excerpts, such as a headline and a few lines, with a clear credit and a link back to the original page on our site.
What you may not do. You may not copy full articles, remove credits or notices, sell or license our content, or use it commercially without our written permission. To request permission, write to [business email].
Your feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them freely without payment or credit, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
8. Content you submit
If you send us content, such as comments, contributor articles, messages or questions, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it, that it is not unlawful or misleading, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
You give TRADE SENSI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to use, display, edit and publish that content in connection with the Services. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion. Contributor articles are subject to our Editorial Policy, and publication of any piece is at our sole discretion.
9. Market data and third party content
Market prices, indices, charts and other data on the Services may come from exchanges, data vendors and other third parties. This data may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted or contain errors. It is provided for information only and should not be used for trading without checking it against an official source.
The Services may include links to other websites, advertisements, embedded videos, broker pages and social media posts. We do not own or control them and we do not endorse them. Your use of third party content is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Advertising and sponsored content
We may show advertising and sponsored content. Sponsored content is clearly labelled. An advertisement or sponsored post does not mean that TRADE SENSI recommends the product, company or security shown. If you decide to deal with an advertiser, you do so at your own risk and under that advertiser's terms.
We do not allow ads that promise guaranteed returns or promote unregistered advisory activity, and we may remove any ad that we consider misleading.
11. Accuracy and availability of the Services
We work hard to publish accurate, timely information. However, we do not promise that the Services will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or free from errors, viruses or delays. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, security or business reasons.
If you find an error, please tell us. Our Correction Policy explains how we handle such reports.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not give any warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, reliability, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted access.
We do not guarantee any result from using the Services, and we do not guarantee profits or protection from loss. Investing involves risk, and you may lose some or all of your money.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TRADE SENSI, its directors, employees, writers, contributors, partners and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Services. This includes, without limit, trading or investment losses, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity or reputational harm, even if we were told such loss was possible.
If, despite the above, we are found liable to you, our total liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 1,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TRADE SENSI, its directors, employees, writers and partners from any claim, loss, liability, damage or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, your content or your violation of any law or third party right.
15. Paid features
We may introduce paid features, subscriptions or premium tools in future. If we do, the price, billing period, renewal rules and refund conditions will be shown clearly before you pay, and those additional terms will apply together with these Terms. Payments will be handled by secure third party payment providers, and we will not store your complete card details.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access immediately, without notice, if we believe you have broken these Terms, put the Services or other users at risk, or if the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, such as those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity and governing law, will continue to apply.
17. Reporting violations and takedown requests
If you believe that content on the Services infringes your copyright or other rights, or is unlawful, please write to our Grievance Officer with:
- Your name and contact details
- The link to the content
- A clear description of the issue and your rights
- A statement that your complaint is made in good faith

18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email or a notice on the website. By continuing to use the Services after the update, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Services.
19. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot settle it within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration will be [City, State], and the language will be English. Subject to the above, the courts at [City, State], India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent relief from a competent court, or limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies linked above are the complete agreement between you and us about the Services.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will stay in effect.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a right at any time, it does not mean we give it up.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to another company in connection with a merger, sale or restructuring.
Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet failures, exchange outages, cyber attacks, government action or pandemics.
Language. These Terms are written in English. If a translation is provided, the English version will prevail in case of any conflict.
